What Ameyoko market looks like now

John takes us to Ameya Yokocho street market in mid-October 2020.  The streets resembled a virtual ghost town with most of the stores were shuttered during the height of pandemic in spring and summer under the state of emergency declared by the Japanese government.  Liveliness and energy are back and palpable on the street with many shoppers young and old.
