Ramen with no animal fat

Not too many vegans expect Ramen can be vegan.  Lo and behold! Simon and Martina found a vegan ramen shop to try. The hole-in-a-wall restaurant is extremely claustrophobic, Simon appears to be squished against the wall with his knees up. Will the taste of ramen they are about to try make up for the uncomfortable seating space?
