What is Nagashi Somen?

Rachel and Jun take us on a tour to Momijien, Ibaraki where they find beautiful waterfall with water wheel restaurant adjacent to it.  The noodle restaurant has spectacular panorama views of the waterfall and its surroundings.  The video hosts enjoy Nagashi Somen, the restaurant's famous noodle sliding down the water slide to the table.
