John and his wife Kanae are about to experience the entire process of picking vegetable from the farm, making tempura and to their mouth.  The farm grows a variety of tempura vegetable from etch, chrysanthemum to shiitake mushroom. These unassuming plants turn into delicious tempura in front of them.
