Mark Wiens is living large at this gorgeous hotel in Phuket, Thailand. The breathtaking view from the infinity pool alone should be worth the trip for anyone lucky enough to visit this wonderful and peaceful land.  The Hungry Tourist does to have to travel to Japan to enjoy an incredible Omakase course meal.  Mark is making us jealous as he savors each sushi put in front of him.
