If you are used to having typical American breakfast pancakes, visit any Japanese pancake house in Tokyo.  Chances are you will be surprised to find the pancakes in Japan are quite different in size, texture and how they are served.  Paolo reports from a pancake restaurant in his neighborhood.

Simon and Martina introduce this captivating video about Japanese pancakes, but it's not the pancakes that are riveting, it's Simon and Martina's ever so enchanting video performance.  The couple from the land of pancakes discover and rave the soft, fluffy and moist pancakes, but leading up to that is a dazzling drama.

Simon is hungry, very hungry.  Don't make Simon hungry.  He becomes "hangry" monster.  The hangry dude is now complaining about the "tiny ass" scones put in front of him. After a long wait, the pancakes finally arrive that are actually a cake baked in a pan.  Once the food disappears into the mouse, Simon regains his sanity.
