Simple Japanese Mille-Feuille Cooking Demonstration

Mille-Feuille is a French term for pastry with layers of puff pastry, alternating with two layers of pastry cream.  This dessert moniker is borrowed for a Japanese style mille-feuille made with pork and nappa cabbage instead.  Adam Liaw raves this simple yet savory recipe as he demonstrates the making of it.
