Okonomiyaki is one of the top comfort food in Japan. Each region in Japan has slight twist in the ingredients used, but for Okonomiyaki enthusiasts, Hiroshima and Osaka are the places to go. There is actually Okonomi Village where many Okonomiyaki restaurants compete against each other to entice customers.
