After living in Japan for a number of years, Simon and Martina are about to try Fugu, a poisonous blow fish for the first time. Despite the notorious fish consumption, Fugu is not for casual dining. In fact, good portion of the Japanese population have never tried this famous fish in their lifetime. There are two contributing factors to the reluctance. Firstly Fugu is not readily available as it is prepared only by trained chef with certification in Fugu preparation. Secondly, having it sets back more than $100 as it's usually served by a high-end restaurant.
