Mountain of Meat over Rice at a Japanese Service Area

Japanese service areas are rest stops located along highways for truck drivers, family and business travelers to rest and relax while having their stomach full. Each service area serves local specialty.  Tomobe service area is no exception.  John and his assistant are about to try out a bowl with mountain of meat over rice.
