Making Sukiyaki Using Fresh Produce

Haku, the fluffy star of the show accompanies the host everywhere. Jun rides a bike to a mushroom farm and picks fresh mushroom directly from cut logs that they are growing, collect spring water and pulls carrots from dirt and harvests green onions and napa cabbage.  He is going completely organic.
