The food journalist starts of at Tsukiji fish market, the biggest fish market in Tokyo (the entire market was moved to a new location in October 2018), watches a gigantic tuna cut into pieces, and given an opportunity to sample freshest seafood. In the evening he goes to a high-end sushi restaurant and feasts on a $300 course meal.
