Japanese citizen with African Amenrican parents

Tiffany, a daughter of African American parents was born in Japan and is currently studying at a Temple University in Tokyo, Japan.  Speaking perfectly natural Japanese, but the only kid at school with a different ethnic background, she has and interesting story to tell spending her childhood in the Japanese countryside, then moving to the United States at age 12.
