Aging population are increasingly growing worldwide and each country has its own agenda and policy in caring for senior citizen. This video reveals how a typical nursing home in Japan.  In this video, people at Azalee's Nursing Homes appear to be happy with all-around care they receive. Hospitals and clinics must be non-profit and owned and operated by physicians in Japan. Health care costs are standardized across the country, with no single physicians able to charge a different price for a procedure.
