  • Nori sheet
  • 120 g of cooked, seasoned sushi rice
  • Sliced cucumber batons
  • ½ peeled avocado

  • Large pan
  • Cutting board
  • Plate (for temporarily storing the cooked chicken)
  • Sharp sushi knife
  • Bamboo rolling mat
  • Plastic zip-lock food bag
  • Cling film
  • Cloth (dampen for wiping sushi knife)
