How to Enjoy Sake

Simon and Martina visit Suehiro Shuzo Sake Brewery, one of the oldest breweries in Japan founded in 1850. The couple took a sake lesson directly from the president of this 167 old company.  The lesson reveals that the most important ingredients of sake are water and rice which produce flavor.
