How Japan is doing these days under state of emergency

It's the last day of April and although Japan is under the state of emergency declaration order, it is not a lockdown as seen in other countries.  People are not ordered, but requested to shutter non-essential businesses and to stay at home.  The video shows how people are reacting to the government's request.
