Chef's Japanese Beef Curry Recipe

In this video, Adam Liaw introduces Japanese style curry with an interesting history of the nation's staple.  Japanese curry AKA Curry Rice favored as one of the all-time Japanese comfort foods is assumably rooted in India, but introduced by the British Navy in late 1800s. After its favorable reception by the Japanese Army and Navy, an adopted version of the curry was born.
