Q: Are your products authentic Japanese dinnerware?
A: Yes. Many of our pieces are imported from Japan or inspired by traditional Japanese craftsmanship, designed to enhance your sushi dining experience.
Q: Do you only sell sushi plates?
A: Not at all. While sushi plates are our specialty, we also offer sake sets, bowls, chopsticks, trays, and lifestyle pieces for Japanese-inspired dining.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely with credit card, PayPal, or other available payment options.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days, while international orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs.

Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
Q: Do you cover return shipping costs?
A: If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Product Care
Q: Are your sushi plates dishwasher and microwave safe?
A: Many of our ceramic plates and bowls are dishwasher- and microwave-safe. However, delicate or hand-painted items may require handwashing. Please check the product description for care instructions.
Q: How do I care for wooden chopsticks and trays?
A: Hand wash only and dry immediately. Avoid soaking in water or placing in a dishwasher, as this may damage the finish.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

Q: Can I include a personalized message with my gift?
