Here in Hitachi Seaside Park, Nemophilia flowers, or Baby Blue Eyes transform the entire landscape and create a spectacular view in the spring.  This beautiful park was created on a former US military base after it was returned to Japan.  Its dramatic history is all the more reason for the visitors to appreciate the beauty the park presents.
