Mito, Japan is known for its famous Mito Natto. John, joined by Jennifer, Mito mascot and another guest enjoy gorgeous Natto cuisine at a classic Japanese restaurant. Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans. Natto may be an acquired taste for some people because of its strong flavor, and sticky, slimy texture, but for others, it's a delicacy.
