How to Make Shabu Shabu

Simon and Martina explain what Shabu Shabu is by actually cooking in front of their viewers. Shabu-shabu is a Japanese hotpot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boiled in water and served with dipping sauces. It's a group fun for family, friends and colleague to get together and engage in as everybody participates in cooking and eats from the same pot.
